FE Partners is a family-owned general contracting firm with over 30 years of combined experience, specializing in commercial and residential construction and remodeling. Our story began with founder of Falcon Construction, Brent McGrath, who launched his career as an estimator before advancing to project management for a leading home builder. In 2010, he founded Falcon Construction, focusing on multi-family construction and large-scale renovations. A pivotal government contract secured in 2018 laid the foundation for long-term growth. In 2019, Brent joined forces with his wife Kelly, whose expertise in project management and finance brought a strategic complement to Brent’s construction background — and together, they established FE Partners of Texas.

With over 15 years of leadership experience spanning construction, finance, and marketing, Kelly is a dynamic and strategic executive known for driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering client-centric solutions. As the CEO and Founder of FE Partners, Kelly combines a strong foundation in brand development, operational leadership, and design innovation to lead the company’s vision and expansion across competitive markets.

Before launching FE Partners in 2019, Kelly served as a design consultant and marketing strategist for Falcon Construction, where they led end-to-end construction design projects and implemented digital marketing strategies to elevate the company’s brand and client engagement. For most of her career Kelly held key roles in wealth and asset management, including serving as Director of Managed Assets at Erben Associates and Retirement Consultant at IronOak Wealth, specializing in clients within the construction sector.

Kelly holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Their diverse background in finance, design, and strategic planning provides a unique perspective that blends creativity with disciplined execution.

Passionate about community impact, Kelly actively supports organizations such as Casas Por Cristo, Nicole’s Place, and the Salvation Army. They have been recognized for their leadership and service, including nominations as a Future Business Leader and one of the Top Women Retirement Advisors.

Brent is a results-driven construction executive with over 30 years of experience leading commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects from concept through completion. As President of FE Partners, Brent brings a proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar projects with a focus on cost control, regulatory compliance, and quality execution.

Throughout their career, Brent has demonstrated excellence in project planning, budgeting, and risk management—successfully coordinating cross-functional teams of subcontractors, engineers, and laborers while ensuring adherence to safety standards and local building codes. From preparing precise project estimates to negotiating favorable vendor contracts, Brent consistently delivers projects on time and within budget.

Before founding FE Partners, Brent was the founder and CEO of Falcon Construction, where they led daily operations, implemented quality control processes, and fostered strong collaboration between architects, clients, and field teams. Their hands-on leadership style and deep knowledge of construction logistics have resulted in measurable gains in efficiency and client satisfaction.

In addition to professional achievements, Brent is committed to giving back. They’ve participated in charitable construction initiatives with Casas Por Cristo, helping to build homes for underserved communities in the Dominican Republic.
